Leave a legacy
Opera endures because people like you believe in its future. With a legacy gift to Lyric, your love for the art form becomes part of the story we carry forward.
Whether you’re just beginning to explore your options or ready to move forward with making your plans, this page is here to guide and support you.
If you’d like to speak with a member of Lyric’s Gift Planning Team, we’d be happy to discuss legacy giving with you and address any questions you may have.
Flexible ways to leave a legacy
There are many meaningful ways to create a legacy at Lyric. While a bequest through your will or trust has been one of the most popular options, leaving a full or partial interest from retirement accounts and donor advised funds (DAFs) are becoming increasingly popular for their simplicity and tax benefits.
Explore the giving options below to discover what might work best for your goals and circumstances:
- Bequest through a will or living trust
- IRA or other retirement plan beneficiary designation
- Donor advised fund remainder
- Life insurance beneficiary
- Charitable remainder trust
- Charitable lead trust
